We've got something
for you.

Iron Horse Filling Station sits on Summit Street, right in the heart of Schulenburg. We opened our doors with a simple idea: create a space where locals and visitors can pause, connect, and enjoy good company.

By day, we pour coffee that wakes you up. By night, we serve drinks that wind you down. The atmosphere stays the same—warm, welcoming, and unmistakably Texas.
